We want you to be happy with your Shameless Nameless® purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Custom or personalized merchandise
Limited-edition or special-event merchandise when identified as final sale
Gift cards
Items marked Final Sale
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or eligible replacement, contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering. Returns for incorrect sizing or a change of mind must meet all return requirements, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
