Shipping & Fulfillment

Thanks for supporting Shameless Nameless® and the movement.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During new product releases, special events, promotions, or periods of high order volume, fulfillment may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your gear ready.

Shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated carrier transit times and do not include our order processing time.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our direct control.

Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with household members, and with neighbors before contacting the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or information.

We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to determine the best next step.
